In the first phase we get to know your business model and processes in more detail, define your specific use case together with you, and analyze the options available for implementation: At the end of this initial exploration phase, based on our analysis, we have identified all the components, systems, software and hardware required (target architecture – cloud or on-premise solution) and worked out which processes should be automated. You will receive documentation with specific recommendations and our recommended next steps.
After completing the exploration phase in which we have analyzed your specific use case, we move on to the development of a prototype that provides an optimal envisioning and testing scenario. For the prototyping phases we use the standardized procedures such as Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining Model (CRISP DM). At the same time, we check how we can implement and integrate the solution into your individual IT / SAP infrastructure and create a Proof of Concept (PoC). After the PoC of the prototype, we will extend the functionalities and implement the solution in all defined use cases and processes. We will use and adapt the knowledge gained from the prototype and the PoC to improve the realization phase.
As soon as the concept or prototype we deliver meets your expectations and has been accepted by you, we implement the entire scenario in your productive system. During the following Hypercare weeks, our experts will be happy to provide you with advice and support if you have any further questions about the implementation or if, contrary to expectations, problems arise.
